AutomatePulse is a brand of IT Formance (Private) Limited, a company incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (CUIN 0264570), registered office in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. AutomatePulse ("we", "us") builds AI agents, workflow automation, CRM and point-of-sale systems. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit automatepulse.io or message our WhatsApp assistant, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- WhatsApp messages. When you message our WhatsApp business number, we receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages, including voice notes.
- Details you share. Your name, business name, email or requirements, if you give them to us.
- Website usage. Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, kept in standard server logs.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and recommend relevant services.
- To follow up on your enquiry or quote request.
- To keep a short conversation history so the assistant can answer in context.
- To improve our services and keep them secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
AI processing
Our WhatsApp assistant uses AI providers (such as OpenAI) to understand messages and write replies, and to transcribe voice notes. Message content is sent to these providers only to generate a response.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our services: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), AI providers and our hosting provider. They process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep conversation and enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you or as the law requires, then delete it.
Your choices and data deletion
You can stop messaging us at any time. To access, correct or delete your data, email hello@automatepulse.io or message us on WhatsApp with the word "DELETE". We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
